Red EVO 9 Fast and Furious Tokyo Drift Style – RC Car

In this video, Mackey, the founder of RC Modified, is taking on the exciting challenge of building a replica of Sean’s red Evo from the Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift movie. He starts by introducing the diecast model that he will use as a basis for the reference and then moves on to showcase the various parts he has carefully collected to achieve an accurate representation of the 1/10 scale.

For the RC body, Mackey will be using a Tamiya red PS paint and incorporating LED lights, seatbelts, a spoiler, and an exhaust. He then proceeds to guide viewers through the process of assembling the M-Drift chassis, making necessary modifications to place the motor in the front, and setting up the wiring for the battery, ESC, and LED lights.

Finally, Mackey moves on to RC body modification, where he discusses the challenges and errors he encounters while working on the front bumper to match the EVO design. Let’s go for a ride and enjoy the video!

RC Drift Car Mod with Air Suspension Effect

In this exciting episode of RC Modify, Mackey takes the Max Speed Technology RMX 2.0 for a spin and showcases its high-speed drifting capabilities. This RTR car comes expertly assembled, tuned, and drifted at the Max Speed Technology facility, ensuring that it’s ready to drift right out of the box. Mackey unboxes the car and shows off its impressive AMG GT3 body, complete with a flawless paint job and sticker placement. He then tests out the gyro and brake, which work perfectly, before taking the car for a spin on the carpet. But the real test comes on the poorly made asphalt race track, where Mackey is able to pull off impressive drifts and turns, thanks in part to the gyro. He emphasizes that the gyro plays a big role in RC rear-wheel drive drifting, making it easier to achieve the precision that real cars have. After all the action, Mackey removes some stickers to give the RMX 2.0 a custom look in a final RC modification.

1970 Dodge Charger V8 Plenum

In this episode of RC Modify, Mackey showcases his latest 1970 Dodge Charger RC model, which features a V8 with a plenum intake, modern wheels and drift tires, ESC, 55T motor, transmitter, and receiver. He begins by removing the white stickers and improving several parts on the M-Drift 2 chassis. Mackey then demonstrates a major design change that makes it easier to mount two pieces together without having to remove the servos. He also shares a useful tip for inserting bearings inside knuckles using a 10-millimeter dowel pin. Mackey then assembles the V8 engine, explains how he uses a servo reverser to avoid using too much wire, and shows how he cuts the RC body to fit the chassis. Finally, he applies masking stickers using Rapid Tac, paints the trims, and installs a white LED strip to add an extra touch to the model. Enjoy the ride!
